Your consultation
Online or in person. Online consultations are recommended. In the booking form’s Notes field, enter only Online or In person. Please keep medical information for your consultation.
Monday–Friday: 8am–5pm. Saturday–Sunday: noon–8pm. All times are WAT (Africa/Lagos). Please book at least one day ahead.
Online payments are now available through Paystack. After reserving a time, pay securely here and enter your booking reference. Reserving a time does not mean payment has been made. Our team will verify your payment and confirm your appointment and meeting details separately.
The consultation fee excludes tests, medicines and procedures.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy
- At least 24 hours’ notice: a full refund or free reschedule.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: one free reschedule within 90 days; otherwise the fee is non-refundable.
- No attendance or contact within 15 minutes of the start time: the fee is non-refundable.
- Late arrivals finish at the original end time.
- Technical problems preventing an online consultation: a free reschedule.
- Clinic cancellation: an alternative appointment or full refund.
- Exceptional circumstances are considered individually. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; processing times depend on the bank and payment provider.
