Lilyfields Medical Center have high standards for medically approving women who apply as gestational surrogates, and for matching these approved gestational surrogates with intending parents. Only a small number of women who apply are accepted as gestational surrogates. We believe this helps ensure a safe and successful process for both gestational surrogates and their intending families.

Lilyfields Medical Center is reputed as having one of the highest success rates for IVF with gestational surrogacy cycles in Nigeria. In recent years, we have recorded more than 65% success rate, over 70% twin pregnancy rate in our donor-egg gestational surrogacy IVF program when transferring two embryos. Our high success rates can help minimize costs for intending parents, as well as help lower the inevitable emotional and psychological stress associated with gestational surrogacy. Every aspect of our program is designed to give intending parents the best chance of success and a healthy baby on the first try.

Rigorous Medical Screening for Surrogates

While many gestational surrogates live in close proximity to our clinic, it is common in Nigeria for a gestational surrogate to be domiciled at a farther location. In these cases, gestational surrogates who travel to the IVF clinic are selected and monitored closely in their local community during the IVF cycle by a dedicated team. Our team members are experts at managing the gestational surrogacy IVF processes regardless of whether a gestational surrogate lives closeby to us in Abuja, FCT, elsewhere in Nigeria, or internationally.
